But, ummm, excuse me…quick question. Shouldn’t our Government be working to reassure the American beef consumers, first and foremost? Just a wacky thought.

(Side Note: This isn’t about whether there’s an excessive amount of BSE in our food supply or not. It’s about how the USDA doesn’t want to find out the extent of the problem.)
