My own notes:
Look: White with a tinge of gold. The color could easily be mistaken for a New York Cheesecake. The rind is a color of the crust of a slice of Wonder bread with a bit of yellow.
Aroma: Nutty, and yet a little stinky….but only a little.
Mouthfeel: Semi-soft…a very slight chalky texture, but smooth in other regards.
Taste: Sweet at first. Nutty, but not as much as the Cowgirl Creamery. Starts out sweet and the gets a little salty. Nicely decrecendoes into a salty-butter taste.
