We’ve been farming for how long?

Humans made their first tentative steps towards farming 23,000 years ago, much earlier than previously thought. For those of you not in the know, this is a fairly big discovery, at least as far as anthropology and history goes.

Imagine that we found out that the light bulb wasn’t invented in the late ninteenth century, but rather during the late Roman empire. That’s how big of a revalation this is.
